Life's driver is mere faith.
faith in cars we drive;
faith in banks we entrust our wealth upon;
faith in people we choose to build families with.
Is that true? Or is there other invisible power that we have faith in, that is the source of all things going well in our lives?

@ 2009-02-25 – 14:54:39
BODY LANGUAGE IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU!
It is imperative for you to self examine whether your body is saying what you want it to. Or can you rather observe other people's body language? It's about time you pay attention to body language of people you admire- people who are liked and respected hugely by others. These are the important aspects you should observe with regard to their body language:
a) Watch their posture when seated and standing
b) Watch their facial expresssions
c) Do they have eye contact, what kind?
d) Do they do anything that contradicts their positive body language? For example their tone of voice when speaking or even laughing, courtsey etc.GETTING THAT INFORMATION FROM UNUSUAL SOURCES!Set up a climate of mutual trust and cooperation

Sticky Franchising 101
@ 2008-08-31 – 16:40:37
Distinct Characteristics of Franchisors
1. They have a vision. The are goal oriented as they are people that are
committed to their visions. They are able to articulate their plans in such a
way that their teams are inspired.2. They listen. They value, understand and acknowledge that many of their
system's most successful ideas come from their franchisees.3. They understand the business thoroughly. They possess deep intimate
knowledge of their business.4. They are accessible and are great team builders of all time. They take time to
know their franchisees.Highly skilled 60 seconds networkers.5. They command respect. They conduct themselves with authority and great
insight.6. They are coachable and have devoted their lives to learning from experts. If
there are lifetime students in the "university of business", those are
franchisors! Many people believe franchise ownership is for the true entrepreneur--the type A personality with the confidence to blaze new trails in the business world. The truth is actually quite different.
Franchising is about following a proven system to replicate the success of the original unit that the franchise is based on. Entrepreneurs often create innovative new businesses, but it's the Steady Eddie types that tend to produce most of the success in franchises.
The ability and willingness to follow directions is a key marker of someone who would make a good franchisee. After all, if the franchisor has already established a franchise model that works, a person would be wasting time if he tried to fight the system and create something different.
Besides the ability to follow a system, there are a number of other personality traits common to most successful franchisees

The right environment
By John C. Maxwell
In the right environment:
- Thinking is valued
- Ideas flow freely- Fresh eyes are welcome
- Change is expected
- Questions are encouraged
- Egos are checked
- Ideas stimulate better ideas, and
- Thinking generates teamwork.
Like every person, every thought has the potential to become something great. When you find a place to stretch your thoughts, you find that potential.
NB:
The real power of an idea comes when it goes from absraction to application.
What good then is thinking if it has no application in real life? Thinking divorced
from actions cannot be productive. How to become a good thinker:
1. Expose yourself to good input.
2. Expose yourself to good thinkers.
3. Choose to think good thoughts.
4. Act on your good thoughts.
5. Allow your emotion to create another good thought.
6. Repeat the process...Where to focus your thinking:
A. Your priorities.
B. Your gifts.
C. Your dream. -
HOW TO MAKE FRIENDS IN LESOTHO
@ 2008-03-30 – 11:45:10
The following are important points I have experienced about what a true friend is:

1.A real true friend is one who is able to listen to you, the one you are able to pour out your inner secrets of your heart to without minding your vocabulary.2. Someone you remember when you are blessed and all goes well with you, and does she or he. In the same manner, one you run to when things have gotten rough.
3. Someone who rejoices with you in your merry season.
4. Someone who knows you so much that when you talk once she or he decodes the message quickly and can disect deeper into a thought or emotion that comes with your one sentence.
5. Someone who has recognised your uniqueness and supports with much respect who you are. She or he knows your potentials
