Sowing The Seeds of Wealth Beyond Bottom Line.
According James Thompson
Our basic hypothesis is that there are many problems in society that, if looked at through an entrepreneurial lens , provide an opportunity to develop a business and turn a profit by alleviating the problem.... Our approach is to seek out seemingly intractable problems and use our skills to find a solution.
He continues to say, Business has an immensely powerful role to play in the society. At a minimum it provides employment, pays taxes that governments use to improve infrastructure, and means people can buy goods and services from others in their community. There is a lot of data on how entrepreneurship is pivotal in development.

The right environment
By John C. Maxwell
In the right environment:
- Thinking is valued
- Ideas flow freely- Fresh eyes are welcome
- Change is expected
- Questions are encouraged
- Egos are checked
- Ideas stimulate better ideas, and
- Thinking generates teamwork.
Like every person, every thought has the potential to become something great. When you find a place to stretch your thoughts, you find that potential.
NB:
The real power of an idea comes when it goes from absraction to application.
What good then is thinking if it has no application in real life? Thinking divorced
from actions cannot be productive. How to become a good thinker:
1. Expose yourself to good input.
2. Expose yourself to good thinkers.
3. Choose to think good thoughts.
4. Act on your good thoughts.
5. Allow your emotion to create another good thought.
6. Repeat the process...Where to focus your thinking:
A. Your priorities.
B. Your gifts.
C. Your dream. -
